We hope you all had a great holiday break and have returned with renewed enthusiasm as we start the Indoor Track Season. It has been great to see the early interest in the club. Over 150 turned out to the meeting, and many have been consistently coming to the workouts.
USU Camps
Those going to the USU Camps this Friday and Saturday should begin to arrange rides. There is no bus. Coach West and Coach Talley will be driving up Friday night.
TEAM Meeting
There will be a TEAM meeting on Wednesday, Jan 9th at 2:40 in Room 2512. Information concerning the USU Meet and Simplot will be handed out at that time.
Learn Your Event
We have several articles and handouts covering all events. We also have some instructional and highlight videos. You can check them out from Coach Talley for a couple of days then return them for others to use.

All Workouts are subject to change due to the weather, availability of facilities, etc. Check the bulletin board or with a coach each day. ALWAYS have warm clothes to run in outside.
USU Meet
This will be a good meet for many of you who have been training regularly as well as many of you who are new to the program. Info will be handed out at the TEAM meeting on Wednesday, January 9th.
Important Reminders
1. If you are 100% certain you are going to participate in outdoor track, you should get into the 8th Period Conditioning Class. It is not required, but is a big advantage.
2. It is important to attend all of the scheduled workouts, meetings, etc. (roll will be taken).
